Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy is required.
• Current OT license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure by examination, or reciprocity.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment programs to achieve patient goals.
• Assess patient responses and adjust treatment plan as needed.
• Maintain patient records per policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity levels and contribute to access to care and patient experience metrics.
• Support program development to meet patient and community needs.
