Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program and possess state licensure.
• Preferably minimum of one year of OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions per physician orders and state guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
