Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role with travel to Celebration and Altamonte campuses. The position requires evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress, and coordinating care across the Oncology & Lymphedema Clinic.

Flexibility and a patient‑centered approach are essential. You will work with a team to develop and adjust treatment plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while supporting the clinic

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• OT licensure or temporary license if applicable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using standard techniques.
• Establish and adapt individualized treatment plans with goals.
• Document accurately and timely using objective terminology.
• Educate patients and caregivers including discharge recommendations.
• Discharge patients when maximum benefit is achieved per guidelines.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and participate in quality improvement.
• Oversee therapy aides under regulations and standards.
• Ensure safety and meet productivity standards.
