Responsibilities

• Evaluate and establish treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and rehab staff.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations and hospital policies.
• Supervise COTAs and technicians; mentor new employees.
