Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Ossining, NY is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. You will split time between our Harrison and Croton-on-Hudson clinics, delivering one-on-one OT care and developing individualized treatment plans in state-of-the-art facilities.

The ideal candidate will be an OT program graduate with NYS license (or eligibility), outpatient experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
  • NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
  • Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
  • Sensory integration experience a plus
  • Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
  • Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
  • Fabricate custom splints as needed
  • Document evaluations and treatment progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
