Job summary

PediaStaff is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient clinic in McAlester, OK. This full-time role offers flexible options for part-time and PRN schedules and a pay range of $39–$45 per hour, depending on experience.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The position includes benefits and professional development opportunities as part of a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain state licensure.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide interventions that support functional independence, daily living skills, and meaningful participation in everyday activities.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with planning, developing, and promoting clinical programs.
• Present in-services and share clinical knowledge with fellow therapists.
• Support the daily operations of the clinic.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state regulations, as applicable.
