Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is required.
• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• NP licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients, take comprehensive medical histories and perform physical exams.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in collaboration with physicians.
• Prescribe medications and formulate treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate.
• Document care and ensure up-to-date charting and continuity of care.
