Job summary
Mount Carmel Medical Group in Pataskala, Ohio, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the Pataskala Primary Care practice. This full-time APP position focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. Qualifications
- APRN with 1–2 years outpatient experience required.
- Master's degree in nursing or related field required.
- Active RN license in Ohio with APRN credential.
- BLS and DEA licenses required.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care per scope of practice and standards.
- Develop a comprehensive plan of care with patient/family.
- Work within Standard Care Arrangement with collaborating physician.
- Lead performance improvement activities to improve clinical indicators.
