Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certifications (e.g. ACLS, PALS) relevant to the department and type of care being provided may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates age-appropriate care.
• Oversees clinical care plans and discharge planning.
• Delivers nursing care with focus on patient/family education and safety.
• Documents interventions and patient response per hospital standards.
• Partners with care team to ensure high quality, evidence-based practice.
