Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton, FL seeks a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Neurology team. This role emphasizes outpatient care (95% of duties) with minimal inpatient rounding (up to 5%).

The ideal candidate is licensed as an NP or PA in Florida with Board Certification, and may have Neurology or outpatient internal medicine experience. On-the-job training provided to grow in outpatient neurology and neuro-procedural care.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA licensure in Florida.
• Board Certification as NP or PA-C.
• Experience in Neurology or Outpatient Internal Medicine/Subspecialties preferred.

Responsabilités

• Outpatient clinical care: new patient evaluations and follow-up for neurological conditions (95% outpatient focus).
• Limited inpatient coverage: light inpatient rounding up to 5% when needed.
• Support EMG, EEG, and Therapeutic Botox procedures.
• Collaborate with supervising Neurologist and APP team.
