Job summary

Summa Health Medical Group is seeking a General Neurologist to join our Outpatient Neurology Service at the Summa Health Neurosciences Institute in Akron, OH. The role includes outpatient neurology with inpatient support across a comprehensive care spectrum and opportunities for research, teaching, and academic appointment.

Employed position with a competitive compensation package, including signing bonus, loan assistance, relocation, and CME allowance; Monday–Friday schedule and a well-staffed

Qualifications

• Neurology board certification eligibility.
• Current unrestricted license or ability to obtain license to practice in Ohio.
• Willingness to participate in teaching, lectures, resident sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology care in a growing outpatient service.
• Provide inpatient coverage including neuro-hospitalist, neurocritical care, stroke, and epilepsy monitoring unit.
• Engage in teaching, lectures and resident sessions.
• Collaborate with in-house neurophysiology lab and related services.
