Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Neurology residency training completed.
• Board certification or eligibility in neurology.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Practice outpatient neurology at Utah Valley Clinic in Provo, UT.
• Four days per week in clinic with admin time and standard hours.
• No hospital call; after-hours call for own patient panel.
