Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.
• Active Medical License in Kentucky, or eligible to obtain prior to employment.
• Completion of ACGME Neurology Residency.

• Collaborate with a clinical team within an integrated health system using Epic EMR.
