Job summary

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. in Oakland, CA is seeking a full-time BE/BC Neurologist for an outpatient clinic position.

The role primarily handles outpatient neurology with some inpatient coverage for vacations, sick leave, and weekends for two neurohospitalists. Ideal candidates may have subspecialty interests (neurophysiology, movement disorders, headache) and should be able to read EEGs; EMG and Botox experience are valued.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Neurology with outpatient focus.
• Ability to read EEg and perform EMG where appropriate.
• Interest in leadership participation and practice leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient general neurology care in Oakland Medical Center.
• Share in inpatient coverage for vacations, sick leave, and some weekends for neurohospitalists.
