Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology.
• Active or eligible Illinois medical license.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• New graduates and practicing Neurologists welcome.
• EMG and nerve-conduction experience preferred.
• EEG interpretation experience preferred.
• Comfortable managing a broad outpatient Neurology caseload.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and patient-education skills.
• CV required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general outpatient Neurology care incl. headaches, epilepsy, neuropathy, movement disorders, MS, memory disorders.
• Perform and interpret EMG, nerve conduction studies, EEGs as indicated.
• Collaborate with Primary Care physicians and specialty teams.
• Participate in a broad outpatient practice and maintain patient education.
• Contribute to program growth and quality improvement.
