Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in applicable states.
• BLS for healthcare providers required.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and billing.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with target patient populations in a clinical setting.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled physical therapy services per professional standards and create patient care plans with goals.
