Job summary

Community Counseling Center (CCC) is seeking new graduates and provisionally licensed therapists in Missouri. Positions available in Fredericktown and Marble Hill with a flexible schedule, including a traditional 5-day work week.

Provisionally licensed staff receive free clinical supervision and extensive admin support to handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Eligible for PSLF and NHSC loan repayment; free CEU training and licensure renewal reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, or LPC licensure or eligibility; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID for current State of Residence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family and/or group therapy with assigned clients.
• Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and the DLA-20 as required per agency standards.
• Attend appropriate staffing, treatment planning, record and peer review meetings associated with clinical duties.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.
• Maintain appropriate license by completing CE requirements and renewal of license.
• Follow up on no show appointments.
• Coordinate services with other providers internally and externally.

Pay:

• Provisionally Licensed (LMSW or PLPC): Starting at $50,620 minimum annually and additional depending on experience.
• Fully Licensed (LCSW or LPC): Starting at $56,120 minimum and additional depending on experience.

About the Role:

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide counseling services to adults, children's, and families with a wide range of needs - from life transitions to more complex mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

You'll use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) while working alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team. Caseload: Typically 80 - 85 Clients (Supported by dedicated administrative staff to reduce non - clinical workload).
