Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/PsyD/PhD) or in progress - pre-licensed candidates welcome.
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and reviews, with documentation per policy.
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Participate in community outreach and referral partnerships to grow practice awareness.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings; supervise other clinicians if fully licensed.
• Maintain minimum caseload requirements for full-time clinicians (25 visits/week).

Responsibilities Include

• Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week

Required Qualifications And Skills

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure - pre-licensed candidates are welcome!
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
