UnityPoint Health's Robert Young Center in Clinton, IA seeks a Qualified Mental Health Professional to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and develop individualized treatment plans in the outpatient clinic setting.

You will work under supervision from an independently licensed supervisor, coordinate crisis evaluations as needed, and participate in ongoing professional development within a collaborative behavioral health team.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Completion of an accredited internship and/or practicum.
• Current intermediate or temporary licensure in good standing in Illinois or Iowa (LSW/LMSW, LPC/tLMHC).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients with behavioral health needs.
• Complete crisis assessments and coordinate care with the Crisis Stabilization Unit and Robert Young Center Inpatient Unit as needed.
• Develop, monitor, and update treatment plans while collaborating with community agencies, primary care providers, and other healthcare partners.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with CARF, Medicaid, HIPAA, DNV, and organizational standards.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to social work or counseling students and participate in staff education and training.
