The role emphasizes independent clinical decision-making, evaluation, and collaboration with other professionals. The position requires a doctorate in psychology or a master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy with licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology or Master's in Social Work, Psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed eligible or provisionally licensed in their perspective field.
• Applicants with master's degrees who are provisionally licensed or licensed eligible will be given consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical psychosocial assessment and treatment services.
• Coordinate with community stakeholders for transitions and coordination of care.
• Provide indirect services (case management and supportive services) with stakeholders to ensure coordination.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Consult with local providers and referral sources as needed to insure coordination of services.
