Mercy is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support Primary Care Providers in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will deliver patient-centered care, perform routine rooming, and manage clinical documentation with accuracy.

The role requires a High School diploma, MA program graduation, and BLS certification. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and ensure patient safety daily.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
• Must have completed all MA Competencies
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.

Aufgaben

• Assist Mercy Primary Care Providers in patient care.
• Complete Advanced Standard Rooming with overall achievement >= 90% for the last 6 months.
• Perform medication reconciliation.
• Close care gaps as indicated (Encounter Guide).
• Blood pressure rechecks for elevated readings and follow-up.
• Maintain proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation.
