Job summary

UCI Health seeks a Medical Assistant in an outpatient clinic. You will perform non-licensed clinical care and handle clerical tasks to support daily operations.

The role requires Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate of Competency, excellent English communication, and BLS certification on hire. You will work in a dynamic environment across diverse patient populations at a major academic health system.

Qualifications

• Understanding of medical terminology.
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• Ability to work well in a constantly changing environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.

Responsibilities
