BJC Medical Group in Collinsville, IL is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support physicians in an outpatient setting. You will help with patient prep, vital signs, specimen collection, and basic clinical tasks to support efficient patient care.

This role offers a 40-hour week during the day shift, with a sign-on bonus and benefits eligibility. High School Diploma or GED is required, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Cleans, prepares and stocks supplies in exam rooms.
• Obtains vital signs, patient history and maintains accurate charting in the patient's record.
• Performs clinical skills such as phlebotomy, electrocardiography (EKGs), point-of-care testing and injections.
• Triage calls, provide test and lab results to patients and present relevant information to provider with correct medical terminology.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• CPR certification preferred.
