Vein Clinics of America, Inc. is seeking a Medical–Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care during fibroid treatments. The RN focuses on patient assessments, prepares for procedures, and monitors recovery across multiple clinic locations in Vienna and DC.

This role requires an active Virginia and DC RN license, ACLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years in pre and postoperative care. The position offers competitive compensation of $48–$55/hr based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of pre and postoperative patient care.
• Experience in women’s health, interventional radiology, outpatient procedures, or perioperative care is highly preferred.
• Strong IV, patient assessment, and procedural support skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient‑centered nursing care in an outpatient setting focused on uterine fibroid procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments, triage concerns, and review medical histories to support procedural readiness.
• Prepare patients for UFE and other minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.
• Assist interventional providers during various procedures.
• Monitor patients during sedation and recovery.
• Educate patients and families on procedure expectations.
• Perform essential clinical tasks including IV insertion and medication administration.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
