Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking an experienced Board Certified Interventional PM&R or Pain Management physician to join a top-rated private practice in Minnesota. This outpatient role features a flexible weekday schedule and no call or weekend requirements, with a supportive team of nurses and APPs handling follow-up visits.

Compensation includes a base salary of $450,000–$500,000 plus a $50,000 sign-on and productivity incentives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Interventional Physiatrist with PM&R specialization (pain management optional).
• Experience in outpatient interventional procedures.
• Ability to work with APPs handling follow-up visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient interventional PM&R care in a private practice setting.
• Collaborate with nurses and APPs for patient prep, discharge, and follow-up.
• No on-call or weekend requirements; weekday scheduling.
• Perform RFAs and needle procedures as needed.
