Job summary

The Spine and Pain Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Interventional Pain Physician for an outpatient role with an on-site ASC and multi-site travel to Muskogee and Bartlesville. Focus on fluoroscopy-guided injections and other interventional spine procedures.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage treatment plans, and enjoy a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and professional autonomy.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with BC/BE in Pain Medicine, PM&R, Anesthesiology, Neurology, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Interventional Spine strongly preferred.
• Active Oklahoma medical license or eligibility to obtain; Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluoroscopy-guided spinal injections (epidural steroid injections, facet joint & medial branch blocks).
• Perform radiofrequency ablation and other interventional procedures.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in coordination with physician and APP colleagues.
• Travel to satellite clinics (Tulsa, Muskogee, Bartlesville) as scheduled; participate in outpatient ASC operations.
