Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our Cape Coral, Florida team.

This full-time outpatient role offers ASC access and a schedule Monday–Friday, with supportive clinical and administrative teams to enable focused patient care. The ideal candidate is fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine, with MD/DO credentials, board eligibility or certification, and Florida licensure eligibility, ready to manage a busy outpatient practice and advanced pain

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Fellowship trained in Pain Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Anesthesiology or PM&R background.
• Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.
• Experience with interventional pain procedures.
• Neuromodulation and implantable therapies preferred.
• Ability to manage a busy outpatient practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• See patients in the outpatient clinic and perform procedures at an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Clinical, operational, and administrative teams support day-to-day practice.
• Schedule Monday–Friday with no hospital rounding or hospital call.
• Shared after-hours telephone call approximately once every 4–6 weeks.
