Bon Secours Internists of Churchland in Suffolk, VA seeks an experienced Internal Medicine physician to join our busy, outpatient practice. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care for adults within a 5-physician team, supported by 3 LPNs and 4 CMAs, and benefit from modern resources within a not-for-profit health system.

The role emphasizes relationship-based, population-health focused care with a balanced schedule and a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM/ABMS).
• Completion of a U.S.-based Internal Medicine residency.
• Prior internal medicine or outpatient experience preferred.
• Comfortable managing a patient panel independently.
• Committed to high-quality, population health-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient internal medicine care to adults in a 5-physician group.
• Collaborate with a team including LPNs, CMAs, PSRs and a PharmD for diabetes management.
• Maintain a patient-centered, relationship-based approach within a community-focused health system.
