Select Physical Therapy in Springfield, TN is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Internal Travel Program. This Full-Time role offers a base salary of $90,000.

Earn up to $45,000 in bonuses plus student loan assistance and a comprehensive benefits package. The program provides diverse clinical settings nationwide, with mentorship and ongoing training for professional growth.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Tennessee PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient care.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Document treatment progress and outcomes in the patient record.
