Select Physical Therapy in Crestview, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Internal Travel Program. You will provide evaluation, treatment, and documentation for patients across diverse clinical settings within our national outpatient network.

Responsibilities include training compliance, collaboration with physicians and staff, and active participation in center meetings. This travel role includes six-month assignments with a one- to two-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility required.
• CPR certification required.
