Job summary

BJC Medical Group is growing with a brand new outpatient Internal Medicine clinic in O'Fallon, Missouri. This role focuses on adult, office-based care in a 100% outpatient setting using the EPIC EMR and a strong support staff.

The physician will join a multi-specialty network with a two-year guaranteed compensation plan, sign-on bonus, residency stipend, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD) required.
• Licensed physician in state of Missouri.
• Board eligible or board certified in practicing specialty.

Responsibilities

• Manages outpatient primary care for patient panel at new clinic.
• Collaborates with care team to ensure high quality patient outcomes.
• Performs histories and physicals, documents in EMR, and coordinates with hospitalists as needed.
• Provides call coverage and participates in care planning with APPs and staff.
