Job summary

University Medical Partners seeks BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians for outpatient clinics in Emeryville, Pinole, and Pleasanton. Join a physician-led group with access to Stanford University Faculty and EPIC EMR.

The role offers 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week, a shared light call schedule, and a robust compensation package including a base salary guarantee up to $315,000 per year plus incentives and relocation/sign-on options.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience providing outpatient primary care.
• Licensed to practice in California or eligible for CA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum Adult Medicine primary care.
• See 18-20 patients per day in a community-based clinic.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, at on-site clinics.
• Collaborate with Stanford Medicine Faculty and participate in a team-based care model.
