Job summary

SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital – Shawnee invites an Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care in a traditional outpatient setting with a full patient panel and supportive clinical staff.

Your role includes seeing 18–20 patients daily, sharing rotating after-hours call, and utilizing on-site EKG and POCT capabilities while collaborating with a dedicated team committed to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
• Active Oklahoma medical license (or eligibility).
• A passion for patient-centered care and community health.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• A desire to be part of something meaningful.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a traditional outpatient setting.
• See 18–20 patients per day with the support of experienced clinical staff.
• Share in rotating phone-only call coverage (after hours and weekends).
• Work with 3 dedicated exam rooms per provider.
• Utilize on-site EKG and POCT capabilities.
• Collaborate with a team that is as committed to each other as they are to their patients.

Education

Board Certification in Internal Medicine

Active Oklahoma medical license (or eligibility)
