Job summary

UPMC Primary Care Gleason Medical Associates in Swissvale, PA, seeks an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient team. This is a single-site practice with convenient access and a supportive administrative staff.

You will provide patient-centered care in an outpatient setting with 36 hours of patient-facing time per week, 4 hours of admin time, and light home-based call. Competitive compensation plus incentives and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required and board-eligible or board-certified in IM or FM.
• Residency completion in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• DEA registration required.
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care with preventive and chronic care.
• Coordinate with behavioral health, nutritionists and social work.
• Participate in quality incentive and value-based programs.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and accurate clinical documentation.
