Job summary

CompHealth is seeking an experienced internal medicine physician for outpatient assignments in Long Beach, CA. You will precept 3-4 residents in a clinic setting and supervise their work alongside experienced staff.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with no overtime, call, or holidays, and we arrange complimentary housing and travel plus comprehensive malpractice coverage. CompHealth has a long history of supporting clinicians with credentialing and logistics.

Qualifications

• Must be able to precept internal medicine residents.
• Outpatient clinic experience required.
• Residency supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Precept 3-4 internal medicine residents in clinic.
• Provide supervision in outpatient clinic settings.
• Support credentialing and hospital privilege processes as needed.
