Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a physician for a busy outpatient primary care practice with five offices located about an hour from Detroit, Michigan. You will provide 100% outpatient primary care or traditional in/outpatient services, with emphasis on Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and deliver patient care Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Open to both experienced providers and new graduates.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient primary care or traditional in/outpatient services based on preference.
• Serve patients with a focus on Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Deliver patient care during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
• Participate in a team-oriented, growing practice environment.
