Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician.
• Outpatient only, no inpatient rounding.
• Collaborative team with APPs and physicians.
• Adaptable scheduling and templates to meet patient demand.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient Internal Medicine care.
• No inpatient rounding responsibilities.
• Manage an immediate patient panel with community demand.
• Participate in team-based care with RN triage and MA support.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and coding with hospital support.
• Offer onsite lab, imaging, vaccines, behavioral health resources, and diabetic eye screening.
