IMS Care Center in Glendale, AZ, part of Privia Health, is seeking a BC/BE family or internal medicine physician for outpatient primary care. The full-time role offers flexible hours with the option of a 4-day work week and no evening or weekend obligations.

You will join a 17-physician primary care team supported by 15 nurse practitioners and 4 physician assistants, seeing patients 16+ with a broad scope from wellness visits to mental health, in a setting focused on operational efficiency and

Qualifications

• Board-certified/Board-eligible family or internal medicine physician.
• Outpatient primary care in a multispecialty office in Glendale, AZ.
• Full-time schedule with flexible hours; option for a 4-day work week; no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• See patients ages 16+ for primary care needs, including annual wellness visits, sick visits, and well-woman visits.
