Ascension Carmel Primary Care in Carmel, IN is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for an employed, outpatient practice. The role offers extended appointment times (30–60 minutes) for wellness exams and acute visits, a 24/7 call structure with potential sharing, and a patient panel cap of 300–600 to sustain high-quality continuity.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Indiana medical licensure required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Deliver proactive wellness and chronic care management.
• Maintain a manageable patient panel (300–600) for continuity of care.
• Call coverage 24/7 with potential sharing.
