Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a primary care provider.
• NP certification in Adult-Gerontology or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care for adult patients in a private practice.
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians and support staff.
• See 16-20 patients per day in a 4- to 5-day workweek.
