Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent).
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Board certified or board eligible.
• Oregon license or ability to obtain.
• BLS required; ACLS or PALS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient primary care in a collaborative, team-based setting.
• Provide comprehensive preventive and chronic care management.
• Coordinate with embedded care team and onsite services.
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives.

PeaceHealth is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our outpatient team in the Physicians & Surgeons South Building, located on the RiverBend campus in the Eugene/Springfield community. This is an excellent opportunity to practice outpatient primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment with strong clinical support and close access to specialty and hospital resources.
