First Medical Associates in Crofton, MD is seeking Internal/Family Medicine physicians for part-time or full-time roles in an outpatient setting. You will work in a modern, tech-forward practice with no call, no hospital rounds, and no procedures, focusing on patient care in a stable, physician-first environment.

The team operates at a pace designed for ~2.5 patients per hour and offers competitive compensation with significant upside as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Maryland license (or in progress).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
