Job summary

Holy Name Medical Center in New Jersey is seeking a Spanish-speaking Internal Medicine physician for an all-outpatient practice in North Bergen. Start date ASAP; 40-hour week; Monday–Friday; the new office will open in Fall 2026 with a modern environment designed to support physician efficiency and patient access.

You will join an established team with NP support, a collaborative culture, and ample opportunities to teach residents through the Graduate Medical Education program.

Qualifications

• 100% outpatient Internal Medicine with no inpatient responsibilities
• Spanish-speaking patient population
• Join experienced IM physician and NP support
• New office location opening Fall 2026
• 40-hour work week
• Average up to 20 patients per day
• Phone-only call shared by 1:3 with an answering service
• Opportunity to teach residents through Graduate Medical Education

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Internal Medicine care to adult patients
• Collaborate with NP and support staff to manage patient panels
• Participate in resident teaching and GME activities
• Maintain high-quality care in a modern, efficient clinic
