Job summary
LocumTenens.com seeks a nurse practitioner for an on-site outpatient hematology/oncology assignment in New Jersey. The day shift offers five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week, with no call or weekend obligations.
The clinician will manage adult oncology/hematology patients, document in EPIC EMR, and participate in treatment planning while collaborating with on-site staff. Credentialing is ~60 days and board certification in Hematology/Oncology is required.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Hematology/Oncology required.
- Active state medical license and prescriptive authority required.
- Experience in outpatient hematology/oncology settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site outpatient hematology/oncology coverage.
- Manage adult patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
- Document encounters in EPIC EMR and participate in treatment planning.
