RosmanSearch, Inc. is partnering with a physician-owned gastroenterology practice in Eastern North Carolina to recruit a General GI physician for a fully outpatient role. No hospital work and no on-call requirements allow focus on endoscopy and clinic care.

You will join a high-volume, mentorship-driven team with a clear path to ownership. The practice emphasizes efficiency, teamwork, and patient-centered care in a single- roof setting.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board certification in Gastroenterology.
• Fully outpatient role with no hospital coverage or on-call.
• Mentorship and gradual ramp-up for case volume growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform endoscopy five mornings per week.
• See patients in clinic four afternoons per week.
• Collaborate with APPs and scribes to maintain efficiency.
• Operate within a single building including clinic, endoscopy, and ASC.
