Cascade Hernia & Surgical Solutions | Meridian Surgery Center in Puyallup, WA, seeks an experienced general surgeon for an outpatient practice at a newly constructed ambulatory surgery center. The role emphasizes bread-and-butter elective surgery with work-life balance and a defined path to partnership.

Expect Monday clinic with OR time Tue-Fri, 12–15 cases weekly, supportive staff, and physician ownership. Competitive comp with partnership after two years.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in General Surgery.
• Washington State medical license or eligibility.
• DEA registration and Medicare enrollment.
• ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CMS-approved outpatient general surgery including open and laparoscopic hernia repair.
• Handle a broad range of elective outpatient procedures with support staff.
• Collaborate with PAs/NPs and schedulers to manage a high-volume practice.
• No ER call obligations; focus on elective surgery and patient care.
