Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a US or Canadian Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Washington physician license by time of hire.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with EPIC or other EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient neurology care.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary neuroscience team.
• No hospital call; participate in a collaborative care model.
