Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient team in Stockton, Illinois. This full-time opportunity offers a stable schedule, robust administrative support, and a no-weekend commitment, with an excellent call rotation.

We provide 100% outpatient care with extensive multi-specialty referrals and on-site lab and X-ray. Compensation ranges from $285,000 to $350,000 with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Residency trained in an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide care for patients of all ages in a team-based outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient Family Medicine care in a supportive, non-hospital setting.
• Collaborate with a broad referral network and specialty services.
• Participate in a schedule that supports clinical autonomy with strong administrative backing.
• No weekend requirements and a favorable call rotation.
