Job summary

Henry Ford Health's Family Medicine - River District in East China, MI is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join an established outpatient practice. Physicians are employed members of the Henry Ford Medical Group and practice exclusively within the organization.

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, care for diverse patient populations, and participate in a collaborative team-based model with case management, APPs, and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Residency completed in an ACGME or AOA accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the full spectrum of family medicine.
• Care for a diverse patient population; experience with older adults and complex care is preferred.
• Engage in a collaborative, team-based care model alongside case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and support staff.
• Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, with optional involvement in research initiatives.
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Contribute to and support a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment.
