Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Department at our Peppertree Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. This outpatient, Mon-Fri position offers 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours, with call 1:8 or 9 and opportunities for academic appointments at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix.

We offer a two-year salary guarantee followed by RVU-based compensation, 24 days of PTA, CME time and allowance,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine.
• Must have or be eligible for Arizona medical licensure.
• Ability to obtain full hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care in a clinic setting.
• Collaborate with social worker, clinical pharmacist, and behavioral health resources onsite.
• Teach medical students, physician assistant students and other learners.
